Know how to add a new client

• Navigate to www.newmindmaps.com

• Login:

  • User ID: jkindgren

  • ​  Password: hopelee1

• Click Login

• Click “My Clients”

• Click “+Add Client”

• Enter new client information

  •   Client Number = new client’s last name and next sequential number with 2 leading zeros.  (Example last client number is lastname0047 new client number will be lastname0048)​

  •   Enter First Name​

  •   Enter Middle Initial

  •   Enter Last Name

  •   Enter DOB

  •   Select Gender

  •   Enter Email if available

  •   Enter Address 1

  •   Skip Address 2

  •   Enter City, State, Zip

  •   Select Default Brain Map of “19 Point”

  • ​  Click “+ Add”
