Knowledge of how to order Neurofeedback supplies

• Open BMPC Files – Scanned Items – Utilities – Electro-Cap International – Order Forms

• Open ElectroCap Order Form.xls

  • Under “Qty:” enter the number items you wish to order​

  • Print Order Form​

  • Close Order Form and do not save

• Open Electro-Cap fax cover sheet.doc

  • Enter date​​

  • Print fax cover sheet

  • Close fax cover sheet and do not save

• Place fax cover sheet and order form face up on fax machine.

• Swipe screen until you see the shortcut screen

• Press the Electrocap shortcut

• Press fax start

• Wait until fax goes through and transmission report is printed.

• Paperclip the fax coversheet, order form, and transmission report together and put in the scan bin.
