When answering the phone for any call, use the following greeting. "Good (morning/afternoon/evening)! Behavioral Medicine, PC, This is (insert name). How can i help you?"

When answering a sales call, answer the phone cordially stating your name and our business’s name. Assess whether the call is relevant and necessary to relay to Jeff or Cyndi.

If you believe the call beneficial or pertaining pertinent information, take a detailed message and put in the “Show to CK” folder

If you are unsure about the relevance of the phone call, place the caller on hold and ask Jeff.

If you DO NOT believe the call to be relevant or necessary to relay, thank the caller and politely communicate that we are not interested.
