For Contract Therapists

• You CAN schedule new appointments freely within their availability. Consistent patients will usually be scheduled at the end of their appointment. If you schedule an appointment outside of their appointment time, be sure to notify Contract Worker of their newly scheduled appointment. Be sure you are not scheduling a patient in another patient’s regular spot. You can reference last week’s schedule, ask a co-worker or ask the therapist directly. Until an employee becomes familiar with the therapist’s regular schedule, it is best to verify with CK, JK, or the therapist that the appointment date and time is okay.
